Mokee® Mini Cot Bed (120 x 60)

The perfect neutral, scandi-inspired cot bed.

Made in Europe from 100% exclusively FSC-certified solid beechwood.

Features include a height adjustable base with 7 positions. It also includes a removable panel which transforms the cot into a toddler bed.

Suitable for newborns and toddlers up to the age of 3 (or 15kg).

Mokee® Aloe Vera Mattress (120 x 60)

Introducing our Aloe Vera Mattress, made of foam with an aloe vera infused quilted cover and reflex foam filling, It is breathable and safety regulated and ideal for newborns. It’s also machine washable – which has been a lifesaver!

What's inside?

The Aloe Vera is a plant with various beneficial qualities, particularly renowned for its natural hypoallergenic and antibacterial properties, making an excellent addition to bedding materials. When infused into fabric, Aloe Vera imparts a soothing that helps to reduce skin irritation, rashes, or discomfort. Especially advantageous for a baby’s delicate skin, ensuring a gentle sleeping environment.

The Core

Created from natural coconut fibres and natural latex to provide firm support with no risk of dipping. Amazingly breathable.

The Lining

Naturally hypo-allergenic, organic wool that has great temperature regulating properties and breathability. Anti-dust mite and fire retardant.

The Cover

A Luxury herringbone organic cotton cover that is cooling and super soft for baby's delicate skin for a comfortable night's sleep.

Care

As recommended by The Lullaby Trust, a waterproof cover is required to keep your mattress clean and dry. We recommend our waterproof cot bed sheets.

Non-removable outer cover, sponge clean only with a damp sponge and mild detergent. Allow to fully air dry before use.

Returns

If you changed your mind and would like to return the order or its part, follow these steps:

1. Contact us via tlc@mokee.eu and confirm your order number along with the products that you would like to return. If possible, share your reasons for the return, so we will be able to improve our products or service.

2. If you change your mind, you can return your order within 30 days after it being shipped, subject to the below conditions:

- We will not refund the original delivery cost

- There is a £20 return charge for all cotbeds, playpens, moses baskets, cot drawers and cot mattresses. This will be deducted from your refund.

- For all other small items, returns are free.

To be eligible for a full refund all items are to be received by our warehouse in new, unused, not previously assembled items in their original packaging.

Once we receive the items in good condition we shall process your refund after deducting the original delivery costs

- We reserve the right to make a deduction from the amount of any refund for loss in value of the Products returned where the Products show signs of unreasonable use or damage;

-If your order included a free promotional gift, you are obliged to return the free gift as well;

3. Please, note, the teething rails have been designed to fit mostly moKee cots. We can't guarantee the teething rail will fit the cots by other brands;

4. We will provide a return label or book the collection;

5. If the order has been delivered to another country other than the United Kingdom, you are obliged to cover the cost of return to the warehouse. We will provide the details of the return address once you contact us;

6. You can return part or all of the order;

7. Once we receive the return, we will check it, and if everything is satisfactory, we will process the refund/credit within 7 business days.

Cancellation of order

If you cancel your order before we have sent you the delivery notification, we will process the refund within 5 business days to your original payment method.

If you cancel the order after we have sent the delivery notification, our Returns & Refunds Policy shall apply

Damaged / Faulty items

In the unlikely case that you received a damaged or faulty item, your order will be covered by the warranty.

The following criteria apply:
✓ For damages caused during transport - contact us within 48h of receiving the item.
✓ For manufacturing faults - contact us within the warranty period.
You should contact us at tlc@mokee.eu with the following information so that we can decide on the appropriate course of action:

✓ Your name and surname
✓ Your order's number
✓ Photos and descriptions of the fault/issue.

We will refund or replace the item where necessary, according to the item's warranty.
