All items in stock are delivered in 2 business days. Stock levels are mentioned on the product page, just above the buy button. Look out for this:
If an item is not in stock, then it is a pre-order and the delivery time is mentioned on the button as below. We aim to deliver all pre-order items within that period.
Please note, orders with multiple items may be split into different deliveries, arriving separately.
All delivery dates are an estimation. 99% of our deliveries are within those times. Although sometimes deliveries may be delayed for circumstances beyond our control. We will not be held responsible or provide any compensation for any loss caused due to late or delayed deliveries.
Please allow an extra 2 days for Bank Holidays.

Order cut off time is 2 pm UK on a business day.

Please note only the cot is delivered next day.
Orders containing mattresses and other items are not eligible for next day delivery.
Next day delivery is not available for pre-orders.

During weekends and out of business hours, customer service is not available.
Orders placed on weekends are delivered on Tuesday.
If for some reason we are unable to deliver on the next day, we shall refund the £25 charge.

Returns
If you changed your mind and would like to return the order or its part, follow these steps:
1. Contact us via tlc@mokee.eu and confirm your order number along with the products that you would like to return. If possible, share your reasons for the return, so we will be able to improve our products or service.
2. If you change your mind, you can return your order within 30 days after it being shipped, subject to the below conditions:
- We will not refund the original delivery cost
- There is a £20 return charge for all cotbeds, playpens, moses baskets, cot drawers and cot mattresses. This will be deducted from your refund.
- For all other small items, returns are free.
To be eligible for a full refund all items are to be received by our warehouse in new, unused, not previously assembled items in their original packaging.
Once we receive the items in good condition we shall process your refund after deducting the original delivery costs
- We reserve the right to make a deduction from the amount of any refund for loss in value of the Products returned where the Products show signs of unreasonable use or damage;
-If your order included a free promotional gift, you are obliged to return the free gift as well;
3. Please, note, the teething rails have been designed to fit mostly moKee cots. We can't guarantee the teething rail will fit the cots by other brands;
4. We will provide a return label or book the collection;
5. If the order has been delivered to another country other than the United Kingdom, you are obliged to cover the cost of return to the warehouse. We will provide the details of the return address once you contact us;
6. You can return part or all of the order;
7. Once we receive the return, we will check it, and if everything is satisfactory, we will process the refund/credit within 7 business days.
Cancellation of order
If you cancel your order before we have sent you the delivery notification, we will process the refund within 5 business days to your original payment method.
If you cancel the order after we have sent the delivery notification, our Returns & Refunds Policy shall apply
Damaged / Faulty items
In the unlikely case that you received a damaged or faulty item, your order will be covered by the warranty.
The following criteria apply:
✓ For damages caused during transport - contact us within 48h of receiving the item.
✓ For manufacturing faults - contact us within the warranty period.
You should contact us at tlc@mokee.eu with the following information so that we can decide on the appropriate course of action:
✓ Your name and surname
✓ Your order's number
✓ Photos and descriptions of the fault/issue.
We will refund or replace the item where necessary, according to the item's warranty.
