Every parent needs a moses basket in those first few months of the arrival of a baby. Being able to have your sleeping baby wherever you are at home means that you’re right there for every nap, rather than having to stay stuck in the nursery.
I’m planning on having my baby nap in the day outside of the nursery so that they get used to being able to sleep in noisy places. Then, when they are placed in their cot in the nursery, they’ll know it’s bedtime as it’s a quiet and dark place for a longer snooze- well that’s the plan anyway, we’ll see if it works…. But I will be using my moses basket a lot once baby arrives!
