Most of our cots are delivered within a week. Please check individual product pages for pre-orders.

Please note, orders with multiple items may be split into different deliveries, arriving separately. 

Please note that due to their weight, all wardrobes and 3 piece furniture sets are delivered by pallet to the ground floor only. 

All delivery dates are an estimation. 99% of our deliveries are within those times. Although sometimes deliveries may be delayed for circumstances beyond our control. We will not be held responsible or provide any compensation for any loss caused due to late or delayed deliveries.

Please allow an extra 2 days for Bank Holidays.​

If you changed your mind and would like to return the order or its part, follow these steps:

1. Contact us via and confirm your order number along with the products that you would like to return. If possible, share your reasons for the return, so we will be able to improve our products or service.

2. If you change your mind, you can return your order within 30 days after it being shipped subject to the below,

-We will not refund the original delivery cost

-We offer free returns (minus the delivery cost) for orders delivered to the UK Mainland and with the value below below 15kgs in weight, subject to one free return per order. The subsequent returns shall not be eligible for free returns and there would be a return charge of £10 per return.

To be eligible for a refund all items are to be received by our warehouse in new, unused, not previously assembled items in their original packaging.

Once we receive the items in good condition we shall process your refund after deducting the original delivery costs

-If your order included a free promotional gift, you are obliged to return the free gift as well;

3. Please, note, the teething rails have been designed to fit mostly moKee cots. We can't guarantee the teething rail will fit the cots by other brands;

4. We will provide a return label or book the collection;

5.If the order has been delivered to another country other than the United Kingdom, you are obliged to cover the cost of return to the warehouse. We will provide the details of the return address once you contact us;

6.You can return part or all of the order;

7.If you return the products within 30 days of delivery, we will refund the amount to your original payment method. The delivery fees are not returned;

8.Once we receive the return, we will check it, and if everything is satisfactory, we will process the refund/credit within 7 business days.
